In the coming months, Trading with David will be a bit of a construction site, I have a few projects that will take time to complete. There will be delays in translations and periods when I will not be publishing articles because I am busy, in addition to finishing the options book, accomplishing what is planned for 2023.
I anticipate a decision I made a few months ago. In about two years, in December 2024, after thirty years of an “honourable career” (I started on 5 January 1995), I will stop trading. At the age of 54 (and a half), I will leave the financial markets to devote myself to other projects. In my life there are not only speculation and investments, there are other challenges I would like to try to overcome. I will, however, have the opportunity to tell you about this in the future.
In the next two years, it is my wish to expand the site to become a great and valuable resource for all those who wish to trade and invest properly. A resource that, with the exception of my books, will always be free of charge. I have created two "journeys" currently, the one on financial education and the one on psychology in trading (at the moment only in English). I will create others in order to give everyone a complete knowledge of the topics treated, such as macroeconomics, fundamental analysis, volumes, ETFs and the next one that I will start in February "getting to know commodities". About ten journeys that will give you a solid foundation on which to build your trading activity.
Not only that. I have noticed from the e-mails I have received that several people have the same doubts. I have therefore decided to create a new category (FAQs, Frequently Asked Questions) where I will post articles in which I will explain and clarify these aspects. That way, even when I am no longer available, some of your questions will already be answered.
So, I ask for your patience over the next few months. I think it will be worth it; if I manage to realise everything I have in mind, an absolutely worthwhile project will come out.
